When can I expect my products to be delivered?

Delivery times vary per product and per order. We always try to get the products to you when you need them. In general we combine shipments to save costs. This means the precise delivery date is always unsure until the products are actually shipped. We update our customers when we know the exact date of delivery.


How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary per order and depend on the size of the order and the products. Most of the time, orders within the Benelux area are delivered free of cost. We calculate shipping costs for other customers based on their order and location. You can find the shipping costs on the quote. 


Can I track my order?

No you cannot track your order, but we will keep you updated on the expected delivery date.


Can you deliver my order in multiple smaller batches?

Yes we can deliver your order in smaller batches. However, this will affect shipping costs as the batches are smaller when shipped. Let us know how you would like to receive your order and we will let you know what your options are. 


What carrier do you use for shipping?

We use DPD and UPS for shipping.

Does SKY-Technology supply standard products?

Yes, we have a wide range of standard display, touch screen and embedded computing products we can deliver. A well as components like enclosures, OEM cameras and cables. However, we often see customers still need to customize standard products in some way to make it perfect for their application. This is not a problem, we can help you with that! 


Can you customize or adjust a standard product for me?

Yes we can definitely customize or adjust a standard product. Keep in mind that adjusting a product does not necessarily mean it is more expensive. We can also adjust or customize products for smaller projects. Let us know what you are looking for, so we can tell you what your options are.


I am looking for a solution for my project/application but am not sure what. Can you advice me?

We understand that every project and application is different in some way. Therefore when we advice our customers on what product would be best for them, we always present them with multiple options. We can advice you on the product options and make you a quote, without any obligations.


Do you make custom enclosures?

Yes we do make custom enclosures. Tell us about your application so we can help you design the right enclosure for your product.


Where are your products/solutions manufactured?

Our products and solutions are manufactured by high quality manufacturers in Taiwan, China, The Netherlands and other EU countries. We visit our Asian manufacturers at least once a year and our local Taiwan office does regular quality checks. Maintaining a high level of quality is very important to us. We also take care of assemblies in-house at our Heemskerk office.


Can I request a quote without any obligations?

Yes, all our quotes are made without any obligations on your part.

 


 

 

WARRANTY

How long is the standard warranty?

Our standard warranty policy is 1 year from the date of billing. 


What does your warranty policy cover?

Our warranty policy covers carry-in repairs, not on site repairs. This means products have to be shipped to our repair centre in Heemskerk to be serviced or repaired.


I have a product that needs repairing, but it is out of warranty. Can you still service my products?

Yes, products out of warranty can be send to our repair centre. We charge € 50,- for testing and examining the product to find the problem. We will then send you a quote for the estimated repair costs. When you decide to go ahead with the repair, the initial € 50,- charge will be deducted from the total repair costs (only when the repair costs are higher than € 50,-).


How can I sign up my product(s) for repair or service?

Please fill out our online RMA form to request an RMA number. The system will automatically asign a unique RMA number to your RMA request. You will then receive an e-mail with an attached packing slip. Please print this slip and attach it to the box(es).

My products are out of the standard warranty. Can you still repair and service my products?

Yes, products out of warranty can be send to our repair centre. We charge € 50,- for testing and examining the product to find the problem. We will then send you a quote for the estimated repair costs. When you decide to go ahead with the repair, the initial € 50,- charge will be deducted from the total repair costs (only when the repair costs are higher than € 50,-).


Do you offer special service plans?

Yes, for products our of standard warranty we offer service plans. Our repair centre is located within our Heemskerk office. On request we can make you a quote for a service plan based on your products.
